By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the ywkk platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms. These terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all registered and unregistered users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested to discontinue use of the platform.
Ywkk reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version of the terms will always be published on this page, and we recommend reviewing it regularly.
Ywkk provides services exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above in Bangladesh. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and age verification is carried out at the time of registration.
To open a valid account at ywkk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Never share your login details with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. ywkk will never ask for your password via email or any other message.
For identity verification purposes, ywkk may request a copy of your National ID or other government-issued document. Certain services may be restricted until this verification process is complete. All submitted documents are stored securely and are never disclosed to third parties.
All users must maintain responsible and respectful conduct while using the ywkk platform. Harassing other users, spreading false information, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited. Such behavior may result in permanent account closure.
Any attempt to hack ywkk's systems, use bots, run automated scripts, or engage in any other form of technical manipulation is a legally punishable offense. Any effort to fix game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage through multiple accounts will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken. All betting activities must be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
All financial transactions on the ywkk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using popular mobile banking and digital payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through encrypted security systems, and financial information is never shared with any third party.
Account identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Incomplete verification may delay the withdrawal process. Bonus or promotional funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. ywkk reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering or suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
Ywkk endeavors to hold user deposits in secure, segregated accounts. In the event of an erroneous transaction caused by a technical fault, the platform reserves the right to correct it and will notify the user in a timely manner.
The ywkk platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. ywkk shall not be liable for any loss arising from server outages, internet connectivity issues, third-party service disruptions, or other technical failures. Any financial loss resulting from betting or gaming is entirely the user's own responsibility. ywkk is not obligated to provide compensation if services are interrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond its control.
All content on the ywkk platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and databases — is protected under ywkk's intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content beyond personal use. Unauthorized use of any ywkk content may result in legal action.
The ywkk website may contain references to or links from third-party services. ywkk is not responsible for the quality or reliability of any third-party content or services. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Ywkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation, suspicious activity is detected, or legal obligations require it. Users are generally notified before an account is closed; however, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.
Users may request to close their account at any time. Any withdrawable balance outstanding at the time of closure will be returned through the designated process, unless forfeited due to a terms violation. Data from closed accounts may be retained for a specified period to meet regulatory requirements.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or disagreements shall be subject to Bangladeshi courts and legal frameworks. ywkk reviews these terms periodically and updates them as needed; the date of any changes will always be noted on this page.
